If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must reach out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to forfeit your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required in order to make a new appointment. No call no shows will be banned from booking.
